If for any reason you receive a damaged item or have any questions, please email BeMOVIDA@gmail.com for further info.

SHIPPING

We want you to receive your order as quickly as you want it in your mailbox, but please keep in mind that we hand make each piece to order in our Orange County warehouse! Depending on the amount of current orders in our system, please allow for 7-10 business days for your order to be made and ready for shipment.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. If you would like to exchange or return your item, you will receive store credit of the item/s purchased depending on the case.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

We do not allow exchanges on any sale or free items. No exceptions.

RETURNS

Please email BeMOVIDA@gmail.com for return assistance. At this moment we do not offer return labels. Any customer with a return will have to provide their own form of shipping to our return address.
